          高壓磁翻板液位計(又稱磁浮子液位計)根據浮力和磁耦合原理工作。當被測容器中的液位上升或下降時,液位計主管中的浮子也會上升或下降。浮子中的永磁鋼通過磁力聯軸器傳遞到磁場指示器上,當液位上升時,驅動紅、白柱旋轉180°,當液位下降時,轉向柱由白色變為紅色,指示器的紅白邊界是容器內介質液位的實際高度,實現液位指示。

         。3)集裝箱內的水中雜質過多,吸附在磁懸浮表面。其結果是,當磁懸浮上升時,它不能驅動翻板旋轉。

          1、Working principle of stainless steel magnetic level gauge


          The stainless steel magnetic flap level gauge(also known as magnetic float level gauge)works according to the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling.When the liquid level in the measured vessel rises or falls,the float in the main tube of the liquid level gauge also rises and falls.The permanent magnetic steel in the float is transmitted to the field indicator through magnetic coupling,which drives the red and white column to turn 180°when the liquid level rises,the turning column changes from white to red when the liquid level drops,and the red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual high of the medium liquid level in the container So as to realize the liquid level indication.

          &1.Judgment method


          (1)The container is always running,but the liquid level of the container always stops at a certain point.


          (2)When the load of the container increases or decreases,the liquid level of the container remains unchanged.


          (3)The local level gauge does not match the pressure difference level gauge on the indoor display screen.


          ≫>>>2.Reasons


          (1)The water in the container rises or falls too fast,that is to say,the float rises or falls too fast,and the magnetic flap has no time to turn.


          (2)The center of gravity of the magnetic flap is not at the central point.When the maglev rises,it will turn over with the maglev.When the maglev rises again,the flap will return to its original position,and there is no water level.


          (3)There are too many impurities in the water in the container,which are adsorbed on the surface of maglev.As a result,the magnetic levitation decreases,and when the maglev rises,it can not drive the turnover plate to rotate.


          (4)The blockage of the liquid phase pipe of water is different,which makes the actual water level in the container rise.Maglev does not rise with it.

          (1)Try to make the water level in the container rise or fall too fast.


          (2)Magnetic flap of water level gauge,the center of gravity is not in the center point.If the manufacturing quality does not meet the standard,it should be replaced.


          (3)If the water quality is unqualified,it should be washed regularly.


          ≫>>>4.Maintenance


          (1)There should be no solid impurities and magnetic impurities in the cylinder of the liquid level meter,so as to avoid jamming the float and weakening the buoyancy.


          (2)According to the medium condition,the main pipe can be cleaned regularly to remove the sediment impurities in the pipe.


          (3)After cleaning the level gauge or changing the float,open the drain flange.When installing the magnetic float,pay attention to the heavy end with magnetic end upward,and do not install upside down.


          (4)For low-temperature and special LPG products,the main body of the liquid level gauge is insulated by vacuum jacket.Pay attention not to damage the jacket during installation and use,so as to avoid affecting the product quality.
